Welcome to Decor Staging. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Our Services

  • We provide professional home staging and design services intended to help homeowners, realtors, and property managers present properties at their best.
  • Service details, timelines, and pricing may vary depending on the home size, styling type, and duration of staging. 
  • The final pricing of our home staging packages will be shared after a 1-on-1 consultation and a visit to your home.
  • Every item we place in your home is carefully logged. You’ll receive an inventory list to confirm receipt to help us account for everything upon completion.
  • Once the staging agreement is in place, we schedule delivery and installation. 
  • We offer a standard staging term, 60 days for furniture and décor setup. If your home sells early, our team will de-stage it within 2 hours. If your property needs more time on the market, you can extend the initial term (30 days).

Our website is meant to share information about our services, portfolio, and resources. You agree not to misuse the website by:

  • Uploading harmful or unlawful content
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise security
  • Copying or redistributing website content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, project images, graphics, and logos is the property of Decor Staging unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish our content without written consent.

Our Payments & Bookings

Payments for home staging services are due as agreed in your proposal or invoice. We reserve the right to withhold or reschedule services if payments are delayed. Deposits, cancellation fees, and rescheduling policies will be clearly outlined in project agreements.

Limitation of Liability

While we take pride in our work, we cannot guarantee property sale outcomes or market performance. We are not responsible for:

  • Property damage not caused by our team
  • Losses resulting from delays outside our control (e.g., vendor delays, weather)
  • Third-party services not arranged directly through us

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, policies, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States.  Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable local courts.
