SAN DIEGO HOME STAGING
A local eye.
A lasting impression.
D’Core helps San Diego agents, homeowners and investors present properties with carefully selected furniture, art and finishing details.

Staging for the way
San Diego lives.
A room’s purpose should be easy to understand from the first photo. We use scale, layout and styling to help buyers see how a property can work for them.
Each proposal considers the home’s character, the rooms to be staged, access and the listing schedule. Share your neighborhood and property details so we can confirm service availability.
Discuss your San Diego propertyBEFORE YOU LIST
Your staging questions,
considered.
What is included in a staging proposal?+
Your proposal defines the rooms, selected scope, delivery, styling, staging period and removal arrangements. We recommend discussing the living room, dining space, kitchen and primary bedroom first, then any additional spaces that tell the home’s story.
How much does home staging in San Diego cost?+
The investment depends on the home, number of rooms, access and scope of furnishings. Request a property-specific proposal for current pricing. Photography and additional spaces can be discussed at the same time.
How long does the furniture stay?+
D’Core’s initial staging period is 60 days. If the home needs more time, contact the team to discuss a paid extension and availability. Your signed agreement governs the booking.
Can I coordinate staging and photography?+
Yes. Photography is available as an added service, so your staging and listing images can be planned together. Confirm scope and scheduling in your proposal.
Do you offer partial staging for occupied homes?+
Our approach starts with clearing the living room, dining area and kitchen of existing furnishings and personal items so we can create a cohesive presentation. We assess bedrooms individually and may incorporate suitable existing pieces there. A walkthrough helps us agree on what should be removed and what can stay.
When should I book staging?+
Contact us while you are planning the listing. Aim to complete cleaning, repairs and painting before furniture arrives, and schedule listing photography after staging is complete.
