This 3,973-square-foot Bonita estate was designed to make an entrance. A black stone fireplace with gold detailing, a restaurant-scale kitchen, luminous statement fixtures and oversized openings to the pool give the home a bold, hospitality-inspired identity.

Our staging matched that confidence without adding visual noise. Sculptural bouclé chairs, grounded black textiles and substantial natural wood tables hold their own against the architecture, while warm neutrals soften the contrast and make the living areas feel comfortable.

The main living room was arranged around both the fireplace and the fully opened wall to the backyard. That dual orientation helps buyers understand the room as an indoor-outdoor gathering space—not simply a large room beside a pool.
